Shoot Apical Meristem (SAM) Diversity Panel Genetic Markers and Map

SNPs were derived from RNA-seq, genotyping-by-sequencing (GBS), and tunable GBS (tGBS). SNPs are in VCF4.1 format. A csv file contains genetic map information for the SNPs.
