Determination of sequences at gene segment termini that play a critical role in Mammalian orthoreovirus S gene segment packaging. This contains the raw data from reverse genetics, plaque assays, immunoblotting, trans-complementation assay, RT-qPCR and NanoLuc assays. Data is presented in the form of .xlsx, .pdf, .tif, and .txt files.

Change log: Additional files uploaded and readme document updated 02/12/24. Additions include plasmid sequences.txt, immunofluorescence assay images 1.tif and 2.tif, immunpblot sig 1 and sNS with 9 other proteins.pdf, and three .xlsx files (WB with all proteins expressed, Repn assay of 200-S1 18-S1-40 and S1WT, and IFA of 200-S1-200 18-S1-40 and S1WT).
