The data and code related to a study evaluating the precision of the cementum annuli method for aging male white-tailed deer. Datasets include: 1. age estimates for deer based on both the tooth wear and replacement method and the incisor cementum annuli method, 2. ages estimates for two incisors (paired teeth) for each deer to be read into Program R for analysis of factors associated with agreement between the age estimates. R code for using dataset 2 to evaluate factors associated with agreement between age estimates for two incisors from the same deer.
