RADseq of painted turtle populations from western USA
dataset
posted on 2023-12-04, 16:11 authored by Jessica JudsonJessica Judson, Luke Hoekstra, Fredric JanzenThe data for this project include reduced representation sequencing of 164 painted turtles (Chrysemys picta) from seven locations in the western United States and analysis results for population genomic structure, demographic history, and genomic signatures of selection. Hatchling turtles were collected according to Iowa State University IACUC 6-08-6583-J and 12-03-5570-J and with collecting permits from the seven sampled states.
