A global seamless 1 km resolution daily land surface temperature dataset (2003 – 2020)

This seamless LST dataset was generated from products of the National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA) Earth Observing System Terra and Aqua satellites (MOD11A1 and MYD11A1). The products are the Moderate-resolution Imaging Spectroradiometer (MODIS) 1 km resolution daily LST product Version 6.
The original data include missing pixels due to factors such as cloud and shadow. We proposed a novel algorithm by using the spatiotemporal information of the original land surface temperature data to fill the missing pixels.

Change log: missing/corrupt files fixed in 2018 and 2008 daytime data sets.
